# Can I watch matches on iFollow from abroad?

League matches are available on video to supporters outside the UK. For fixtures shown live on Sky, supporters inside the UK get audio only. Carabao Cup and FA Cup matches cannot be shown on video outside the UK because of broadcast restrictions, so those are audio commentary only.
