1. Introductions 
JF introduced the club employees present to the supporters in attendance. JF 
2. What do we want to achieve? 
Full explanation of what we want to achieve with group. Enabling open communication 
both ways. Not always going to agree on items but having the communication there is 
key.

4. Breakout session one - How do you want the group to be formed? 
A discussion in roundtables of terms of reference, meeting frequency, representation and 
chairperson

5. Feeback from breakout session one 
General feedback points from the groups in no order. 
• We do need a chairperson. Strong person to keep the meetings on agenda. 
• Essential communication channels between the club and the group. 
• Terms of reference required for the group – tight framework for the group. 
• Need an agenda for the meetings as supporters may think it is a free for all. 
• 8-12 people on the committee from different demographics – Supporter groups 
to include but not limited to: Disabled, season ticket holders, match ticket buyers, 
away travellers, different stands, exiled supporters, age, gender. 
• Each committee member will need to be available for supporters to contact them 
for feedback in their area. 
• Formation of sub-groups discussed. 
• Bi-monthly meetings with the committee and the club. 
• Alternate bi-monthly meetings with the wider group. 
• The length of time supporters to be on the committee is TBC. 
• Club to support with admin of the group – minute taking, setup of the meetings. 
• Meetings to take place at Oakwell but could have sessions online too.

6. Breakout session two – 
A discussion around the 5 key areas for supporters to communicate on at this stage. GROUP 
7. Feedback from breakout session two 
The following issues were raised in no order. 
• Safe standing – where and when? 
• Stewarding at Oakwell 
• Growing the fan base 
• Matchday entertainment – need something to entertain supporters from 
12pm/1pm. Activities pre-match and at half time. 
• Club shop – improvements. 
• Expansion and upgrades to the disabled facilities 
• Understanding the strategic goals of the club 
• Impact of the lease and the length of it 
• Supporter refund for Horsham. 
• Be stronger on the discrimination message to the supporter base. 
• Catering layout in the South Stand 
• Need to get more attendees – how? 
• Travel to and from Oakwell – Car park and road closures. 
• Better communication on why the club makes certain decisions and improved 
response time. 
JF updated the group on Safe Standing and said that this has approval to pursue the 
program of works at board level. Meeting held with SGSA and SAG and two areas have 
been costed. This is under consideration by the board, consultation has started with this 
group and further updates in due course. 
Council Lease provides us investment into the stadium and a permanent Fan Zone is 
being considered. Full board support to proceed to a scheme of works when possible.
