1. Introductions 
JF introduced the club employees present to the supporters in attendance. JF 
2. Previous minutes 
The minutes from the previous meeting on the 29th January 2024 were accepted by John 
Howard and Kelly Drury.

3. Terms of Reference discussion 
Group and personal interaction. 
4. Terms of Reference feedback 
Groups came back together to provide feedback on the draft terms of reference. 
• Name of the group changed to Barnsley FC Fan Advisory Board 
• Values and Objectives discussed. 
• Changes to further wording within the terms of reference 
The club to update the changes and distribute the draft of the terms of reference. 
5. 2024/25 season ticket discussion 
JF and JB informed the group on the upcoming season ticket sales. 
• Prices will be going up for the 2024/25 season. 
• A renewal price has been introduced during the early bird period to reward the 
current season ticket holders. 
• The renewal price will be available for supporters who had a season ticket in the 
last 3 years. 
• Direct debit payments have been changed to a 4-month option and a 10-month 
option. The club are funding the arrangement fees on the 4-month option. 
• We want to stop the churn of season ticket holders each season. 
• Introducing a bring a friend to two specified fixtures for £10. 
Ideas from the room included: 
• Discount if a season ticket holder wants to come with a friend. Buy two season 
tickets and get a discount. 
• Free season tickets competitions for long standing season ticket holders 
• Simple ideas for season ticket retention – low cost but high value 
• Stadium tours for season ticket holders 
Full information on the season ticket sales periods will be communicated to supporters in 
the coming weeks. 
6. Horsham remedy 
Supporters in the room brought up the Horsham fixture and a refund to the supporters 
who bought ticket for the game. 
Ideas in the room ranged from free official travel to an away game, free ticket to an away 
game, additional tickets for a home fixture, credit for the tickets to the supporters 
ticketing account or no refund as the game happened. 
The club will take these ideas and provide further information on a resolution before the 
end of the season. 
7. AOB 
Free upgrades for U14 season tickets v Bolton 
The club announced that they were looking at the possibility of offering a free upgrade 
for our home fixture for any Under 14’s who are not attending. Tickets can be upgraded 
to any age band. This was well received by the room. 
Loyalty Points 
Will the points system be removed? 
The club will not remove the loyalty points system, but a review of the process is required 
during the close season. The review will be around, but not exclusive to, the number of 
points awarded for the games and expiry of points from previous seasons. The principles 
will remain the same. 
Safe Standing 
No further update on this from the club. An application has been made to install the safe 
standing rails in OR1 and the away end. 
EFL charges 
No further update on the EFL charges
