Communication with Supporters

How do I raise something with the FAB or get a question put to the club?

Three ways. Use the Submit form on this site, choosing the topic and, if you want, the representative for your group. Email the representative directly using the FAB addresses on the About Us page. Or reply to the FAB thread on the BBS fans' forum, which board members read.

Questions sent in advance are put to the club under a "Fans' Questions" item at the next meeting and the answer is recorded in the minutes. The minutes of 4 August 2026 show how this works in practice: supporters' questions on home friendlies, kit, hotel discounts, car parking, the new offices and the fan zone were each answered by the Chief Executive and written up. Where a question needs a technical answer, the club has arranged for the right person to contact the supporter directly and report back to the FAB.

The FAB cannot deal with individual ticketing or account problems; the club asks that those go to the ticket office or the Head of Ticketing and Fan Engagement directly (minutes of 18 September 2024). The FAB can, and does, raise the pattern if several supporters report the same thing.
