Are free sanitary products available in the ladies' toilets?

Yes, from the Leicester City fixture in September 2026. Barnsley was one of the first clubs to provide free sanitary products, and the FAB raised their absence in December 2024 and again in June 2026, when a supporter also asked why not every toilet had a sanitary bin. The club walked every toilet with its Head of HR, put up notices and increased bin provision for the 2026/27 season; the FAB suggested bins outside cubicles too, for supporters who cannot get into one at half-time.

At the September 2026 meeting the club agreed in principle to resume stocking products and to sort out supply and restocking with the maintenance team so that they are used for their intended purpose. When Claire Calton, who represents women and girls, reported that none had been seen at two games, the club confirmed it remained committed and checked whether supply had stopped for an operational reason. The minutes record the action as completed, with product in place for the Leicester game. If they run out, tell the FAB.
